Parkinson's Voice Therapy
Did you know that 9 out of 10 people with Parkinson's disease are at risk of developing a weak voice that may lead to speech and swallowing problems?
We are certified in SPEAK OUT!, a specialized voice program developed by Parkinson Voice Project, that teaches individuals with Parkinson's disease to speak and live with intent! This program is typically completed within 12 sessions across 4 weeks with a speech-language pathologist, though this timeline may be adjusted depending on the needs of the patient. Therapy consists of speech, voice, and cognitive exercises in a workbook provided by Parkinson Voice Project.
